Exploring deeper connections with the fabric of life.

WHO WE ARE

Harmony Nexus is an open lab for research, exploration, and transformation.

We investigate how relationships and interactions across different dimensions of life — human, environmental, spatial, and systemic — can be engaged and shaped in real-world contexts to reveal deeper layers of meaning, connection, and new forms of value.

Through explorations, experiences, and experimental environments, we put this inquiry into motion — testing and evolving more integrated ways of relating, designing, and creating.

WHERE OUR WORK COMES TO LIFE

Hybrid and multipurpose environments

from cities and shared spaces to cultural venues, campuses, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Collaborative and research contexts

working across disciplines, praxis, scales and fields of knowledge.

Experimental and experiential settings

temporary installations, residencies, workshops, and living environments designed to host inquiry and exploration.

Organizations and institutions

where behaviours, systems, experiences and cultures evolve over time.

THE ORIGIN OF THIS WORK

At the core of this pursuit lies a fundamental insight:

that life holds far more depth, richness, and intelligence than what we currently perceive and engage with.

We sense it in certain moments — in nature, in meaningful encounters, in particular environments or experiences —yet much of the time, we operate within a much narrower and disconnected band of reality.

Over time, this shapes how we design and create:

systems that function, but don’t connect
environments that perform, but don’t feel alive
experiences that work, but lack depth and meaning

But what if this is not a limitation — rather an invitation?

An invitation to expand how we perceive, relate to, and shape life —
and to explore what becomes possible when we engage with it more consciously, across its many dimensions.

OUR APPROACH

We approach this work as a living process — not as a predefined method.

Each exploration begins by sensing where something is alive: a tension, a curiosity, a question, or a potential waiting to unfold.

From there, we enter into relationship with it — not from a fixed point of observation,
but through movement, interaction, and shifting perspectives.

We look at how different dimensions of life interact and influence one another:

across disciplines — from science to art, from ancient knowledge to contemporary practice
across dimensions — human, material, environmental, relational, and experiential
across scales — from subtle perception to larger systems and contexts

By moving across these layers, and by engaging from multiple vantage points, patterns, interdependencies, and dynamics begin to emerge that are not visible from a single, static perspective.

This also means that understanding is not something we define upfront. It develops through interaction — through observing how relationships shift as conditions change.

Rather than trying to control or optimize from the outset, we create conditions to explore:

introducing new variables
shifting rhythms, proximities, and interactions
observing how different configurations affect experience and behaviour

We experiment, observe, and learn — always grounded in real contexts, where interactions can be directly experienced and iterated over time.

Not to arrive at fixed answers, but to reveal new layers of understanding and possibility.

Over time, directions begin to emerge.
New connections become visible.
And new ways of perceiving, designing, and engaging take form.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Relational Mapping & Insight

We aim to make visible what is often unseen revealing relationships, patterns, and dynamics across people, environments, and systems.

  • Exploration & Inquiry

We initiate and host explorations into how different dimensions of life interact
uncovering new questions, perspectives, and possibilities.

  • Experimental Environments

We create living lab settings to explore, test, and shape how interactions, spaces, experiences and systems cross pollinate and evolve both qualitatevely and quantitatively.

  • Embodied Learning

We ignite transdisciplinary workshops, sessions, and collaborative processes
to develop new ways of seeing, thinking, and engaging with complex realities.

WHO WE COLLABORATE AND CO-CREATE WITH

Foundations, PAs & communities

seeking to navigate complexity, strengthen resilience, and explore more systemic approaches to urban and territorial development

Real estate investors & space stewards

interested in rethinking how spaces evolve over time — generating long-term value, adaptability, and meaningful experiences

Regenerative Companies & innovation ecosystems

aiming to explore and experiment new models of value creation, collaboration, and future-oriented development

Cultural, educational & research organizations

wanting to create richer environments for learning, experimentation, and interdisciplinary exchange

Change-makers, creators & researchers

including artists, designers, scientists, and interdisciplinary practitioners looking to deepen their work across boundaries and perspectives

OUR SPACE WHERE POSSIBILITIES ARE IGNITED

Our work is also grounded in our experimental living lab environment near Venice —a space where explorations are initiated, experienced, and allowed to unfold.

Here, ideas move beyond concept —taking form through interaction, observation, and experimentation in real world conditions.

Some explorations remain intimate.

Others extend outward — into collaborations, projects, and broader systems.
